The storage of users' personal data is carried out exclusively on the data centres ("clusters") located in the Member States of the European Union (in France) of the company OVH.
The Publisher holds the intellectual property rights to all the elements making up the Site (including its graphic design, tree structure, navigation interfaces, databases, newsletters, etc.).
In this respect, without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher, it is forbidden to reproduce, represent, adapt, translate and/or transform, in whole or in part, and/or transfer to another website any element or data making up the Website.
Any reproduction of the trademarks and/or logos appearing on the Site, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation from the Publisher, is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of the foregoing provisions constitutes an act of infringement liable to engage the civil and/or criminal liability of its author.
With the exception of sites disseminating information and/or content of an illegal nature and/or of a political, religious, pornographic or xenophobic nature, it is permitted to create a hypertext link to the Site, subject to the double condition that it is a link to the home page of the Site and that this link opens the Site in a new browsing window displaying the address https://vall.ai/
The Publisher, in its capacity as data controller, respects the privacy of the users of the Site and complies with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, in its current version, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), as well as with the recommendations issued by the French National Commission on Information Technology and Freedoms ("CNIL").
To this end, the Publisher has established a Privacy Policy as well as a Cookie Policy, the purpose of which is to determine the conditions and rules by which the Publisher, as an organization processing personal data, must be able to ensure the user the security of the data processed and the data obtained through the use of tracers, and the conditions and obligations of the parties in this context.
